HR Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR/Recruitment Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while supporting overall HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews with candidates and managers.

Source and screen candidates according to job requirements.

Understand job descriptions and role specifications.

Conduct telephonic screening of resumes/CVs.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.

Maintain and manage recruitment data using MS Office tools.

Engage in cold calling and emailing for candidate outreach.

Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
Skills & Experience Required:

Knowledge of recruitment, talent acquisition, and human resource management.

Experience in HR hiring, talent sourcing, and candidate management.

Familiarity with HR tools and MS Office applications.

Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Qualification:

B.Tech / M.Tech / BCA / MCA or any relevant specialization
Experience:

0-1 year of experience or more is acceptable
