About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to join our Jaipur office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining responsive web and mobile applications. You will leverage ReactJS, React Native, NodeJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to translate business requirements into functional and user-friendly frontend solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of web and mobile applications using ReactJS and React Native. Provide innovative solutions to technical and business challenges. Enhance efficiency through scripting, component development, tools, and methodology improvements. Monitor, maintain, and optimize application performance. Key Skills & Requirements: Experience: 4+ years in frontend development with ReactJS or React Native. NodeJS experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and building object-oriented web applications. Ability to work creatively and strategically to solve problems. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
